Equipped with a BBT-40 direct-coupled spindle and a high-speed drum-type ATC system, the VP-12 delivers high-rigidity cutting performance while minimizing non-cutting time and improving machine utilization. The Delta structure combined with a wide-span column design and an optimized force flow path effectively resist cutting forces and ensure stable load transmission, maintaining consistent machining accuracy during long-duration operations.
The direct-drive spindle, combined with a flexible coupling to isolate heat sources, delivers high precision, low vibration, and extended service life. A high-speed automatic coil switching system, together with high power output, further enhances cutting efficiency.
The spindle is equipped with a standard drawbar position sensor to monitor tool clamping status. This helps prevent abnormal clamping and spindle operation without a tool, improving machining safety and operational stability.
The machine provides greater overhead clearance when the door is open, allowing overhead cranes to directly handle workpiece loading and unloading with higher speed and less effort.
At the same time, the spacious machining enclosure offers ample working room, enabling smoother tool changes and fixture setup, thereby improving both operational efficiency and safety.
